The plastic CAP came with a small crack in it. I put a small amount of plastic adhesive on it. I am hoping that the cap will stay on with the adhesive in cold weather.

This is primed finish. We don't do painting on our body parts and only ship them primed. We suggest having it painted locally so they can correctly match the shade of your paint.
