Replacement Azera Limited 2007 door handleFront, Driver Side Exterior Door Handle, Primed, With Key Hole, With Chrome Insert, Without Cover
The door handle was a perfect fit replacement for my 2007 Azera Limited . The chrome trim was adhered to the handle so I had to use masking tape to tape it prior to painting the handle. Be sure to clean the handle prior to painting. I used isopropyl alcohol to clean the handle.

Based on the details of this part, it did not mention about re-learning or programming it for the smart entry system of your vehicle. You may check your owners manual for the programming procedure of your smart entry. It probably might need it to be re-learned/programmed to be able to make it function properly on your car.
