it SHOULD as there was not a lot of changes to the door handles BUT keep in mind my Elantra was a 2011 and even then it was a real tight fit,the part has to be lined up nearly perfectly or it will not work - really good because you do not want any slop with your door handle - it takes a bit of work to get it just right but once it is perfect all will be golden.

If your handles look exactly like the pics, then it will fit. I had a mechanic place them in for me. Takes approximately 1/2 hr per handle if you know what you're doing.
