would this door handle works for any 2010 nissan versa. It looks the same for all but not sure why it says only for car without smart entry? Please advise.

Upon checking, this door handle does not have a keyhole. WE apologize for the image showing it has a key hole. This image should have a disclaimer saying - "image may vary from the actual product..".
