This set will only replace the door handles. The door lock cylinders and ignition cylinders will not be affected. You can still use the same keys.

Yes. It replaces the handle only. The locking mechanism does not get changed.

It's the full replacement, back piece included. Only thing is the passenger side handle has a key hole that needs to be covered.
