No. Lock cylinders are not included. So no need to come with keys. This set covers over the key access points.

Hello Chris. Sadly, these door handles are 100% like the OEM ones that are composed of plastic. They are good quality and fit up very well to the entire door set. As far as I know, and have searched, I could never find a metal set.
