Neither, these are just the handles. The lock cylinder and the keys are not included.

Answered by Arnel E. / Fri, Jan 22They do not include lock cylinders at all. There is an open space into which you can insert the existing cylinders from the old handles. If you don't have locks already you'll need to order them separately.
