Recover the clips from your old one !!!!!
If you're careful, you should be able to reuse them.
GENTLY bend the retaining tab slightly upward, and slide it out.
Other than that, it appears (by comparing to old part) to be the right piece, and has OEM level of plastic "weight", so it should hold up.

Unit fit with the new radiator buy had 2 tabs on the bottom that had to be removed, the radiator and the frame did not have a match fitment still it worked well. The OEM did not have a shroud so hence more than likely why this shroud had tabs for that were not incorporated. Suggest CP add a note that tabs may not work and need to be removed at install.
