The installation of the flares is pretty straight-forward. But installing the edge trim can be difficult for one person. I would also recommend using a racheting crosstip screwdriver to get into tight spots around the rear of each wheel.

No instructions, but very simple, I removed the chrome trim and the flares all labeled fit perfectly and you use the existing mount holes. It does tell you how to install the weather strip.
