Mine had a few scratches but only if you’re really looking are you going to see them. I do not recommend using the hardware that comes with them. They seem to be a touch larger and harder to install

Hi Aaron S.,
Thank you for sharing this review about the Front and Rear, Driver and Passenger Side, Fender Flares.
Based on our records, a replacement under Order No. 46117483 has been processed because the parts that you received were damaged.
Aftermarket products can be any part of a vehicle that is not sourced directly from the car's maker. These parts are direct replacement parts, designed to function the same, may not be physically identical to the original, but there are some instances that it even worked better than the OE parts. These items are just copied from the original which definitely have their pros and cons.
Please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you.

Question: How wide are these?Leigh / Jan 04, 2021
Hi Leigh,
This is for Jeep Wrangler (JK) (2007-2018); Black; Textured Finish; Includes 4 Flares, Retainers and Rivets. This is same as OEM factory original specifications/dimensions.

Hi. If for Jeep Wrangler JK, these are factory size. I had same put on my 2010.

Answered by Tony C. / Mon, Jan 10Question: Do they fade easily?Joseph V. / Sep 06, 2020
Hi Joseph,
This is our top brand, Crown Automotive is the go-to company for premium quality factory replacement parts for Jeeps. The fender flares are made to last, similar or even exceeds the quality compared to the original factory parts.
JE
Hi. They will fade over time a bit but I found a product you can use to maintain their color. It is called 303 Aerospace Protectant. You can get it from Amazon. It is a UV protectant. I love it and put it on my new fender flares immediately. Reapply every few weeks. Can be used on all the plastic parts on your Jeep.

Answered by lori R. / Mon, Sep 07They don’t seem to fade any faster than the OEM fender flares that come on the jeep.

Answered by Aaron S. / Mon, Sep 07Question: Do these mount using factory holes, can you use bolts instead of rivets?Brent R. / Feb 05, 2021
Hi Brent,
Yes, this mounts to the factory holes. You can use bolts instead of the rivets as long as it is of the same size for the fittings. For accuracy of fitment - On the Homepage, please enter (complete) your vehicle’s year, make, model, sub-model, and engine size. Type the part's name in the search box. Once your application is selected, you’ll see a “Guaranteed to Fit” badge if the part will fit, and we recommend that you also double-check Your Vehicle Fit Details as well as the Vehicle Fitment Information table on the product page.

These went right back on the way the old ones came off. You can use bolts instead of rivets if you find the right size. The rivet holes were worn out on the inner fenders so instead of using bolts i purchased a lot of assorted sizes of push and molding clips for $15 and had everything needed to securely put the old inner fenders back on with my new flares.
