The Finder flairs on my 2001 Jeep Wrangler were faded beyond fixing. These replacements matched perfectly. The screw holes all lined up. The only negative was there were no directions. On the rear wheels, a few of the screws just screw into a threaded metal hole. Most of the screws have a plastic tab hidden behind the heavy plastic wheel well. You can't get your fingers on these plastic tabs without removing the entire plastic wheel well. I was able to squeeze my fingers ( with cuts and scratches) up into the area by prying the plastic wheel well away with a screwdriver.
