Question: I'm looking at the four flares. Question 1 is what is meant by "country package", 2 is what is meant by "bolt on"?
I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport, completely stock. OE has a bolt on bracket that attaches to fender - but I can pop flares on and off of it.
