According to the exploded view diagrams I found on a few parts websites, there is a nylon screw grommet, a m5x20 tapping screw with a wide washer or head, a 6mm bolt clip, and an m6x15 bolt with a washer. This is assuming that you have none of the fastening components left over and already have the plastic fender liner pins.
