This is one piece - the entire fender liner unlike the stock 2 piece one. Not as rigid as the OEM liners, was skeptical at first but once I got it installed was o.k. with it.

This is not a battery cover. A fender liner (inner fender liner), is simply a plastic barrier between the fender and the engine.
