Overall better than some other after market fender liners out there. Noise insulation padding attached which is great. Pattern of holes for bolts and retainer clips are pretty close to OEM.

It is definitely not OEM. I just installed mine, and though fitment was pretty good (I did have to elongate a couple of the holes to make them line up right), the material is 1/3 to 1/2 as thick and stiff as the factory piece that I was replacing. It's just a splash guard, so it should still do its job, but it's nowhere near as tough as the original.
