As per checking, yes, this is a guaranteed fit for your 2006 GMC Yukon XL 1500 Denali 8 Cyl 6.0L. This kit is a pair of fender flares for the rear passenger and driver side of your truck. One important detail is saying-for models without 4 -wheel steering (quad steering). Please verify that detail because if you have the 4 wheel or Quad steering, this is not compatible.
