Yes you can. It comes black which is basically your base coat/primer. So you can have it painted to match your existing color or whatever color you want and then the clear coat.

Hi Guillermo, Are you referring to the mounting holes or emblem/molding holes? If it's the former, no. If it's the latter, either find the correct one with provision already made, or like you said, make the holes yourself.
