My experience was honestly all positive. Timely delivery even after I had received notice that it might be delayed, still showed up in a very reasonable amount of time -- no complaints. The headlamps themselves, man... plug-n-play. Pulled the bulbs from old ones, put them into the new fixtures, secured fasteners, turned on lights and -- good to go! I mean, I can't think of how it could be any easier. And looks -- they look sharp! (Now I just have fix the rest of the body damage on the truck! =) )

Overall, these headlights look great. I feel like they were directed pretty well. The light output is much better than my crusty old original headlights.
