Hi thanks for the question, I have been an Automotive Technician for over 24 year , No it does not come with any hardware, the fender was a perfect fit, but I ended up getting the small clips/ hardware from the dealer just incase they updated the clips/hardware , so I would suggest getting the fender from here and the hardware from the dealer in my opinion
