Hi Andrew, I'm glad to assist you. As per checking, this does not come with the vent holes. On the side of the fender, there is a hole provision only for the ford emblem. Some of our customer who wants the vent trim to be functional, what they do is cut holes on the fender. This may void the warranty however of the part if there is a physical alteration on the part.
