Hi David, This part is guaranteed to fit the 2015 Hyundai Sonata (Except Hybrid Models). An Epoxy Primer or undercoat has been applied to ensure better adhesion of paint to the surface, increases paint durability, and provides additional protection for the material being painted.

Hey David, these parts come with a sealer. Sealer is very important but most important, is lightly wet sanding the sealer with water and 400 grit sand paper for proper primer adhesion. Then apply a a high quality epoxy or PPG high build two part primer. Make sure it’s a sandable primer. I sand with 400-600 grit which will leave a very smooth undercoat for your base-coat/clear coat. You will want a smooth undercoat as it reflects paint color and clarity of your base-coat paint. Every time I do auto body or insurance claims, this has been the best routine.
