Hi, We don't do painting on our body parts and only ship them primed. We suggest having it painted locally so they can correctly match the shade of your paint.

Yes you can visit any local body shop for pricing,. The fender is sold in black primer and you should paint it before you put it on your vehicle.. it will save you money and time by doing this.
