This floor pan is about 98% accurate for a 97 Dodge Ram 1500 sport. The difference is the froward "T" indention, and the rear symbol indention on the floor pan are not the same design as the 97 originals.

Hello! This product would be a great start, but it's hard to know what other parts you will need without seeing it. I would recommend having a local body shop assess the damage and perhaps supply a list of parts needed.
