Hi Jonathan,
Based on the image(picture is application specific), at the back portion, it comes with the base holder/bracket and a black bolt in the middle. Any other mounting bolts related to this part you would have to get it locally.

Answered by Michael B. / Sun, Jan 03Johnathan, the mounting bolt is attached to the housing inside the rubber boot. The required lock washer and nut are included. I replaced my old fog lights with these on my 90 Wagoneer Limited. Looks great!!! No bracket required if you have holes in the bumper.

No, this uses the factory type 453/H3 bulbs.

Answered by PanheadDude / Sun, May 30I took apart a fog light to see if amber bulbs will fit, I thought that was an excellent idea! But, sorry, they will not fit. The bulbs in the fog light assembly are the type that shine back toward the rear mirror.
