Hi,
As per checking, this is a halogen fog light. This does not have a LED bulb inside, but a halogen bulb only.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Mon, Mar 22Yes led, no ballast needed but a benign updated light code may populate when scanning obd. Mine was warm color, didn’t match my headlights make sure your headlight colors match if that matters to you.
