Hi Robert, This part is guaranteed to fit the 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 with Production Date From January 02, 2004, onwards. The production/manufacture date can be found on the driver's side door jam. This will come exactly as to how you see it on the product image. For what other parts you would need, depends on the damaged area. You can check or diagnose what other part/s need replacement.

No idea. I don’t recall reading that with my replacement fog lights. They come just as the picture shows. The entire enclosure with bulb and, I was surprised to discover that the mount housing that has the adjuster in it was also included. I was expecting to mount the new light assembly into my original housing bracket along with old adjusting screw. The entire unit is all together and goes right in. Time saver.
