Hi Saber, thank you for reaching out. No need to remove the whole bumper. According to detailed repair guides and video tutorials for similar Ford Super Duty models (2008-2010), you typically gain access to the fog light from behind the bumper or through the wheel well area. The fog light assembly is held by a few bolts and connected with an electrical plug that you disconnect to remove the unit. No full bumper removal is necessary, but some models may require removing smaller components like air ducts or brackets behind the fog light for better access.
