Hi Carl, I'm happy to be able to assist you. These fog lamps are guaranteed to fit the 2005 Toyota Tacoma, 4 x 4, access cab. These are halogens. You can simply replace the bulbs with LEDs. Just make sure to get the same base as the original bulbs. Most LED bulbs nowadays are made to retrofit to halogen light sources.
