Taking out the gas tank to install the product was the larger portion of the install. The unit fit well, however the unit does not come with the top Ring which you should purchase from the dealer prior to installing. Also, there is no filtration system at the base of the unit which the original Mfg. had. The pump preforms beautifully and my gas milage is improved somewhat.
