We suggest getting the rubber grommet locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Sun, Jan 31the rubber seal is aneopream seal, about1 and 13/16 x3/8, with a u shaped grove in the outside for the fuel tank, and acenter hole about 15/16 for the fuel tank vent valve.
