This is a universal part and not specific to the 1963 Plymouth Valiant. You can definitely use these as long as it matches the following specs - The diameter sizes are 2 1/16 in. & 3 1/8 inches. Includes the Speedometer; Oil Pressure Gauge; Water Temperature Gauge; Voltage Gauge; Fuel Level Gauge. The range would be 0-120 mph; 0-100 psi; 100-250 degrees F.; 8-18 V; 240 ohms empty to 33 ohms Full.
