As per checking, this chrome grille is not compatible, this fits 1992 to 1995 Toyota Pick up onwards. Upon checking, we do not carry a chrome grille for the 1991 Toyota Pick up.

The grill will fit a 1991 if it was made after 6/01/1991. Keep the clips from your old grill. You will have to loosen your bumper, not take it off, but it needs to hang down a bit. Once you are under the truck and look at how the bumper bolts to the frame, you will figure out what needs to be done. The Toyota badge off your grill will not fit on the new grill because the "rib" on the new grill is much thicker than that of the original. The holes do not line up to put the badge in place. Just measure the grill placement and go to the junk yard and find a badge that fits and glue it into place. If you have kids, grab their silly putty and make an impression of the center of the grill and you will know exactly the size badge to get. The worse thing that could happen is that it doesn't fit and you have to send it back.

This will work on a 1991 Toyota pickup as long as there has not been any front end damage to the vehicle. The mounting holes will not line up if the vehicle has front end damage so slight modification may be necessary.

Yes mine did come with the clips to connect the grill to the truck. But it didn’t come with the side clips that clip the side markers into the side of the grill.
