As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store.

It does come with clips, however, for me and my 2002, the mounting tabs of the new grill were a little bigger than the original and required some cutting with a multi tool to make them fit in the mounting holes on vehicle. If you’re a little bit savvy with tools, look at the original grills tab for reference and modify the new one.
