Worst return policy ever. Won’t recommend this to anyone nor will I buy parts from here again. Wasted money, time, and effort. First, the delayed my order by a week. Second, shipped the wrong part. Lastly, the do not refund. So what was a $26 part, ended up to be $77 for the return shipment and they only refunded $26 for the part, not refunding the original shipping cost either. So it’s cheaper to keep the part for no reason.

Hi Katherine, We appreciate your feedback regarding the Grille Assembly. Upon checking, this part number 424-1 will fit a 1998 Nissan Maxima. And based on the request we received online to return the part, it was stated that it was the wrong part ordered. For that reason, we do not cover the return shipping nor the shipping fee will be included in the refund as it has been paid to the courier. However, as a one time courtesy, I went ahead and processed a full refund, and we will no longer require you to return the part to us. Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
