Quality of product is not the greatest. The chrome is dull/not complete past the front of the grill, there is a big dot left from the manufacturing right behind the emblem that stands out and the chrome in the corners or the headlight is dull/not complete.

No, the parking lights are not included. And yes, the cutouts for the sides are for the amber side markers.
