Overall, easy to find on line, quick shipping, good messages regarding status of order. Product quality excellent. Finding correct fasteners is a challenge. used the old ones but would have liked new ones.

Would have ben helpful to know we needed to remove old clips, etc, or purchase new ones if old ones weren't usable. Screws on bottom trim piece broke off - should have bought another I guess. No clips or screws were included with the grille.
