Based on our records, the order was placed beyond the cut-off time on the 28th of June. Label has been created on the 29th, however, it seems that the part was picked up by the courier on the 30th. We have forwarded this issue to our Shipping Team. For this, we will provide you a rebate for the inconvenience. Said rebate will be processed within 24-48 business hours and posting will depends on your bank.  In regards to the clips and retainers, we are confirming with our warehouses if said items are included with the Grille Assembly.
