The grill came ready to install. It took 10 minutes to install and fits perfectly. I was able to remove the Lexus emblem from the old grill and snap it into this one. Seamless! Thank you! The car is a 2008 and it runs well and looks new! I would have a pictire but my son is already in it and down the road as I type this review.

It was a little hard to fit the grill in so i recommend putting the items on the bumper first. Overall good replacement
