I bought the front bumper per picture above, not the one I see in the link above. I have a 2015 VW Passat. The link shows for a 2013 VW. I am very pleased with the one I bought. It fit and was easy to install.

If you mean the chrome as shiny straight lines, yes it does have it. I'm not sure if this is what you mean. I bought many of them and they look very nice.
