Question: 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE. I'm trying to make sure I understand the finish on this. I'm guessing the insert is the textured black plastic grill fins, the same stuff used often for mirrors, bumpers, fender flares and such. Is the rest of it painted gloss black? The description just says black shell/black molding and doesn't say if it's flat primer or finished gloss etc.
