As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership. They can also help with the hardware and fastener specifications.

Hi Michelle,
That grille assembly is with a molded form with the 1 piece material design. The insert is not removable un fortunately.
