Customer service failureOe Replacement Series Grille Polished

Not even close to what I ordered, not the manufacturer’s fault but carparts.com is NOT the JC Whitney they used to be. The customer service/ sales representative knows nothing about car parts nor their own website. I’ll spend my money somewhere else where I can get the right parts. Even the return process is a hassle, got my RMA number and a week later I still don’t have the shipping label.
