Hi Kristina,
The header panel is the part that holds the headlight and supports the grille, while the radiator assembly is where you put your coolant/antifreeze.

There is a possibiliy the radiator support (with part number C250116Q) is also affected, but you have to confirm and consult with your mechanic to be accurate on the parts you need to replace.
