Hi Kristina, The header panel is the part that holds the headlight and supports the grille, while the radiator assembly is where you put your coolant/antifreeze.

Question: My front bumper was wrecked and is pushed in to where both sides of the bumper are facing down  and one headlight will not stay in do I have to buy the whole header panel or can I get just the clip to hold it in place 2003 Chevy avalanche 1500?Jeanette S. / Apr 22, 2021
Hi Jeanette, I'm glad to assist you. Yes, the header panel is already deformed from its original design and position. There is a possibiliy the radiator support (with part number C250116Q) is also affected, but you have to confirm and consult with your mechanic to be accurate on the parts you need to replace. Please click the 1st link below once you are ready to order this part. And also click the 2nd link below to order the radiator support if ever you need it. I hope this helps. It would be advisable to replace the header panel. The holder that you put the headlight pin into more than likely is broken.

It would be best to purchase a new header panel.
