Hi Wesley,
As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware (screws and bolts). We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store.

Answered by Grace G. / Wed, Nov 02THIS IS THE HEADLIGHT HOLDER ONLY MY 2004 WAS WRECKED AND I REPLACED THE FRONT END. IT WAS EASY TO MOUNT THIS PIECE BY A FEW EXISTING SCREWS. IT WORKED WELL.

Hi Corey, I'm glad to assist you. This is usually welded and bolted to the radiator support. Please consult with your trusted local auto repair shop for that removal and install procedure. If you plan to do it yourself, you can also refer to DIY online video sharing websites for install tutorials (e.g. Youtube, Daily motion...etc). I hope this helps.
