Hi Jesse, I am pleased to assist you. Yes, they do come with a C.A.R.B. (California Air Resources Board) approval. They have an Executive Order (EO) number of D-245-18, which means they are legal for use in all 50 states, including California, and meet the necessary emissions standards for vehicles from 1999 to 2013 equipped with a GM Truck or SUV 6.0L or 6.2L engine.
