So far, I am not satisfied with my purchase. There are more flaws than I anticipated. The headlights look nice, but the halos/angel eyes are barely visible during the day and are not bright at all. They might as well not even be there. (Yes, I installed them correctly.)
When I attempted to adjust the lights, the screw on the passenger side for adjusting the lights popped off immediately. Additionally, the projectors are not aligned correctly and are pointing sideways. No matter how you adjust them, they will always be in people's eyes because they are sideways. While you should be able to align them yourself, the headlight lens is glued, making it difficult to adjust them easily, unlike OEM ones.
The rubber seals on top of the headlights were not installed correctly. One of them was on the headlight lens, which obviously is not supposed to be there. When I moved them to the correct position, it left glue marks that are incredibly hard to remove from the lens.
I would return them, but unfortunately, I used one of the boxes they came in as a mat, so that option is no longer available.

Had them installed today. Look great will see how they work tonight. Only problem was the connection wasn't compatible and the mechanic had to hard wire them

As per checking, this is a guaranteed fit for your 2003 Ford Ranger XLT 6 Cyl 3.0L. The extra wires on the headlight would be hooked up to the wiring of the turn signal/side marker.
