i love the look that i was trying to create, but unfortunately i can't use the lights because i have factory projector style headlights that is originally in the truck..im told that i need HID headlights.. now i have to return them..what a heartbreak!...

Question: How do these lights compare to LED lights?Eddie P. / May 08, 2021
Hi Eddie, I'm glad to assist you. This is with a projector (straight and further beam focus compared to the regular scattered beam coverage but shorter distance coverage) type of headlight assembly but still using a standard basic halogen bulbs for the low and high beam. You can actually upgrade the bulb later to LED type for the low beam which is an H11 halogen. You have to look up an H11 LED bulb version. Yes, these headlights are halogen. If you have an HID light source, we advise you to get direct fit HID lights. To check the fitment please use our Vehicle Selector — which can be found towards the top of the homepage as well as all categories, search results, and product pages — can help verify if a part will fit your specific application.
