2006 jeep wrangler. it comes with the complete assemble(lens and bracket) bought both driver and passenger side. they came in 2 different boxes and appeared to have been sold and returned. 1 was packed with bubble wrap the other with brown paper and one of the screws were stripped but I was still able to use one of my old screws. Easy to install 15min for both. the lens are glass and not plastic and they both worked. I believe if the bulb goes I will have to replace the whole lens again. It looks like the bulb is sealed in and you will be unable to replace just the bulb..
