Hi Derryck, thank you for reaching out. No, it does not. This halogen headlight doesn't require a ballast. It is usually the HID (high-intensity discharge) headlight that requires a ballast. Hi Derryck, I'm pleased to assist you. No, it is not included cause halogen headlights do not require a ballast. If your headlights have a ballast, they are HIDs. We do not have available HID headlights compatible with the 2002-2003 Acura TL. Contact us again if you require any other vehicle parts. Have a nice day!
