Exactly what I needed. Fixed perfectly and even came with the bulbs. And they were like $30 cheaper than my local auto parts store. So thank you Carparts you're the best.

Question: How do you pop the pins on The headlight assembly?Joe B. / Jan 04, 2021
Hi Joe, We recommend referring to a trusted vehicle specific repair manual for details about the removal and installation. Still, it is best to consult your trusted local auto repair shop or dealership for this if you need to. You can find more information here as well: https://www.carparts.com/blog/why-you-should-always-consult-a-repair-manual/

As it appears, you just pull the clips straight up, but there are little tabs that bite into the side of the black plastic headlamp adjuster pins, that prevent you from pulling them up. If you have a mid sized pair of right angle snap ring pliers, you can put them into the little holes at the bottom of the clip and spread it slightly apart and then the clip will pull up and off. If you do not have the pliers, you can take a small flat blade screwdriver and spread each side just below where the tab bites into the plastic pin as you pull upward on the clip. Slightly pull up one side then the other and with only a few times like this, the clip should come free. Hope this helps.

There are some clips that have to be pulled up and taken off in order to release the headlight. I believe there are three on each headlight. They can be a little difficult to pull up. The clips are flat on top and horseshoe shaped on the bottom. The bottom part is what slides over the headlight stobs after it is inserted through the frame. There is one that is down low. I used a large pair of needle nose pliers to remove and install the clips. It would be good to get new clips before starting the change out. The old ones are usually a little rusty and may break while removing them. New ones also make the installation easier. Hope this helps.

Hi Joe, That was the most difficult part of it. I recommend trying a flat headed screwdriver and a pair of needle nose pliers. Also, be prepared for them to break, so you may have to buy replacement pins.
